We review applications, data, deployment, risks and mitigation strategies to develop an implementation architecture roadmap.  We define common, reusable, application frameworks to deliver a common application framework architecture and design.  We translate common usage patterns among multiple applications into software framework consisting of extensible services/components with well-defined interfaces.
